Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Palarian (when we offer paid plans).

Processing by Stripe

Payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Stripe. To locate a purchase, we may request basic information (for example, the email used for the purchase and an approximate date).

We do not store full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time. Unless stated otherwise at purchase time, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by law:

  • fees and subscriptions are generally non-refundable;
  • we may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion (for example, duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified Service failure).

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original payment method;
  • timing depends on Stripe and the card issuer/bank;
  • processing fees may not be returned and may be deducted where permitted.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account to reduce abuse and fraud. Please contact us first: contact@palarian.com.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
